About the role
Join Monolithic Power Systems as an FA Technician/Associate Engineer, working in the FA Lab in Hsinchu. You will support advanced failure analysis tasks on complex integrated circuits.
Key responsibilities
- Assist FA engineers with IC decapsulation, delayering, lapping, cross‑section preparation and SEM operation.
- Maintain the FA laboratory facilities and equipment.
- Manage technical documents for the FA group.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
- Hands‑on technical aptitude.
- Basic reading and written English proficiency.
- Fundamental knowledge of laboratory chemicals.
Required skills
- IC decapsulation techniques.
- Delayering processes.
- Lapping procedures.
- Cross‑section preparation.
- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) operation.
- Laboratory chemical handling.
