Electrical Engineer / 廠務機電工程師

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to be stationed at ASML’s new high‑tech campus in Linkou, New Taipei City. The role supports the central control room, power system operation and maintenance, and contractor management in a clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control electrical facilities through BMS, SCADA and CMMS platforms, handling alarms and shift hand‑over records.
• Perform inspections, corrective and preventive maintenance, and supervise subcontractor work, ensuring data accuracy in the CMMS.
• Carry out basic electrical troubleshooting, manage spare‑part inventories and support emergency response procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Electronics or Automation engineering.
• At least one year of experience in electrical facility operations within a clean‑room or high‑tech manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin; English level equivalent to TOEIC 500 preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SCADA, BMS, FMCS and CMMS (e.g., Planon).
• Experience with high‑ and low‑voltage distribution, UPS, emergency generators and transformers.
• Familiarity with PTW, LOTO, high‑tech EHS and contractor management.
