Director of Product Management

About the role

The Director of Product Management will lead the development and execution of strategies that activate, engage, and retain both channel and direct customers. This senior position partners closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams to drive revenue growth and repeat purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customer activation, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Create trigger campaigns to boost purchase frequency.
• Analyze channel partner behavior and develop targeted promotion programs.
• Develop revenue‑growth strategies and increase repeat‑purchase rates.
• Support market, customer, and vertical segmentation, establishing consistent engagement and reward processes across the supply chain.
• Assist sales teams in entering new market segments and packaging server system products and services.
• Align regional initiatives with global strategy and direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required); MBA or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (preferred).
• 15+ years of OEM/ODM or major account experience.
• Proven track record in business growth and development.
• Strong business management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to meet departmental goals within budget and timelines.
• Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing operations.
