Digital Marketing Manager (AEO & Paid Media Strategy)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy and manage paid media campaigns. You will enhance our brand’s organic visibility on generative AI search platforms while driving subscription growth through Meta and Google Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive AEO roadmaps to increase brand presence and recommendation share on AI search engines.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as AI Share of Voice and traffic conversion from GenAI engines, reporting insights to executives.
• Collaborate with Content and Product teams to structure assets for optimal AI crawling and citation.
• Identify business challenges, lead cross‑functional projects with Data Analysts and Product Managers, and deliver innovative market solutions.
• Plan, launch, analyze, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other core platforms.
• Perform deep‑dive data analysis to recommend budget allocations, optimization tactics, and growth strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO/Technical SEO, growth marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use AI and MarTech tools for problem solving.
• Proactive self‑starter who takes ownership of projects and thrives under pressure.
• Excellent logical reasoning and attention to detail.
