Diagnostics Value Lead – Clinical Diagnostics Solutions

About the role

The Diagnostics Value Lead for Clinical Diagnostics Solutions will drive business and marketing strategies for Roche’s diverse diagnostic portfolio in Taiwan, aiming to improve patient outcomes through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans across the Clinical Diagnostics Solutions portfolio, ensuring medical value for healthcare systems, clinicians and patients.
• Collaborate with internal commercial teams, Roche Pharma Taiwan, APAC and global partners to align strategies and drive adoption.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering an agile, customer‑focused culture.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including market intelligence, KOL engagement, sales alignment and supply‑chain coordination.
• Contribute to financial targets by driving sales and market adoption.

Required profile

• University degree in Science, Marketing or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of customer‑facing sales or marketing experience in clinical diagnostics.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Fluent in Chinese with a strong compliance record.
• Proven ability to create value for customers and work with key opinion leaders.

Required skills

• Strong experience in sales and marketing of clinical diagnostics product lines.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and high integrity standards.
• Leadership capabilities following Roche’s VACC model (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach).
