Job description

职位概况

作为华邦竹北的 Data Engineer，负责企业数据仓储（EDW）与数据管道的规划、开发与维护，支撑公司数据分析、BI 与 AI 应用。

主要职责

与业务、人资、财务等内部单元进行需求访谈，明确 Business Question、KPI 与数据需求。
盘点 ERP、IT 系统、数据库等数据来源，建立 Source‑to‑Target Mapping。
规划并实现 EDW 数据模型、Fact/Dimension 表及 Data Mart。
设计、开发 ETL/ELT 流程、调度、异常处理及监控机制。
构建数据质量、元数据与数据血缘追踪体系。

任职要求

大学以上学历，数理统计、电机电子或资讯工程相关科系。
3 年以上数据工程或相关工作经验。
英文中级以上，具备跨部门沟通能力。

必备技能

SQL 与关系型数据库。
Data Warehouse 与 ETL/ELT 开发经验。
Python 编程。
Databricks、Fabric、Power BI 或其他 Cloud Data Platform 使用经验。
