Cybersecurity Professional – IT & OT Security

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Professional to enhance our global security posture across headquarters and international sites. The role will own end‑to‑end cybersecurity projects, from strategy and architecture through implementation and continuous improvement, while partnering with IT, network, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects from architecture, planning and design to testing, deployment and post‑implementation review.
• Develop and roll out security solutions across HQ, regional and global locations.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, network, application and business stakeholders to implement and continuously improve security controls.
• Identify security risks, drive remediation, and support ongoing optimization.
• Contribute to global cybersecurity standards, architecture and technology roadmap development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience, including strategy, architecture and project delivery.
• Proven ability to independently drive projects from planning through rollout.
• Experience implementing security initiatives across regional or global sites, preferably in technology, electronics, semiconductor or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a global setting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
