Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support our Taiwan customers throughout the entire inquiry‑to‑order process. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth order entry, delivery coordination and after‑sales assistance while collaborating with internal teams across procurement, production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end customer support from initial inquiry through order confirmation, delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and manage order entries via e‑shop, EDI and other portals.
• Handle pre‑sales questions, contract and compliance issues, payment/credit limits and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics and overseas teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Enter and monitor escalations, complaints, product recalls and regulatory audits ensuring compliance.
• Assist sales teams with pricing strategy, process automation and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment or a related field.
• Background in manufacturing, production scheduling or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong orientation toward after‑sales support and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with SAP (S/4HANA is a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of EDI and e‑shop order platforms.
• Ability to interpret bills of materials and production schedules.
