Customer Service Development Program Manager IV – ETCH

About the role

The ETCH Program Manager serves as the local focal point between customers and the factory, driving service product development, evaluation, penetration, and deployment within Applied Global Service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop service solutions in close consultation with factory and account teams.
• Define customer needs, create delivery plans, and act as the technical expert on wafer process and hardware technologies.
• Manage definition and implementation of service solutions to meet current and future productivity requirements.
• Integrate customer technology requirements into internal product roadmaps and resolve complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting.
• Use statistical techniques such as Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine root causes and action plans.
• Lead customer demonstrations, define demo conditions, process wafers, and analyze results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of direct wafer‑processing expertise and at least 3 years supporting customers.
• Etch experience preferred.
• Self‑driven with proven ability to lead projects with limited oversight.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
