Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

To support management in evaluating major investments and strategic projects, while overseeing treasury operations, liquidity management, and financing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial evaluation of major projects and CAPEX, including ROI, IRR, NPV, payback and sensitivity analysis.
• Review business cases, challenge key assumptions, and provide clear investment recommendations to management.
• Monitor approved projects and CAPEX against business cases and expected returns.
• Supervise daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Manage credit facilities, financing arrangements, and FX exposure where applicable.
• Evaluate short‑term investment and funding opportunities and optimise the use of company funds.
• Support the Finance Director on strategic financial analysis and ad‑hoc corporate finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, investment analysis or similar functions.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial analysis and recommendations effectively to senior management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; CPA/CFA/CMA/MBA is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• PowerPoint for preparing concise management presentations.
• Financial modeling and investment appraisal expertise.
• Good understanding of IFRS, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
