Construction Project Director – Luxury Residential & Grade‑A Office

About the role

The company seeks a senior Construction Project Director to lead the full lifecycle of premium residential and Grade‑A office projects, from planning and design through handover. The role reports directly to the Board and requires strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the owner and manage the entire project lifecycle, including urban‑design review, procurement, construction, acceptance and handover.
• Own the total project budget, master schedule, key changes and major risks, providing regular Board‑level decision reports.
• Coordinate architects, the general contractor, government authorities and external professional advisers.
• Chair qualification reviews, commercial negotiations and award decisions for core packages such as curtain wall, structural works and smart MEP systems.
• Direct Design PM, Construction PM, QS and external construction‑law advisers, set objectives and track performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of large‑scale construction project‑management experience.
• Senior leadership experience with a major developer or full‑cycle owner‑side leadership of premium residential or Grade‑A office projects.
• Proven ownership of total budget, master schedule, strategic procurement, major changes and Board‑level reporting.
• Strong commercial negotiation, contract/compliance awareness and high‑pressure decision‑making ability.
• Ability to lead a professional team of 5–8 people with integrity, humility and sound judgement.
