Construction Manager – Commissioning & Pre‑Commissioning

About the role
Air Liquide Far Eastern is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the commissioning and pre‑commissioning of industrial gas plants across Taiwan. The role ensures projects meet contractual, quality, schedule and cost targets while supporting overall project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate pre‑commissioning activities for on‑site and standard plants.
- Perform static and dynamic performance tests and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage commissioning tasks on customer sites until final hand‑over.
- Document all pre‑commissioning and commissioning work.
- Participate in internal audits and supervise corrective and preventive actions.
- Control subcontractor pre‑commissioning and commissioning teams.
- Lead operators and vendors during commissioning operations.
- Apply QHSE rules and procedures throughout execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Knowledge of piping design and manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of chemical processes, distillation, process control and automation.
