CNC Operator (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a CNC Operator to work the night shift in our Taiwan facility. The role requires operating machines, assembling products, and ensuring production standards are met while coordinating with other operators.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines according to the production process and assemble products.
• Use soldering iron, wire tinning, and connectors, coordinating with other operators to meet production and procedural standards.
• Perform simple product inspections and record daily production data.
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and participate in assembly and quality training.

Required profile

• Intermediate Mandarin proficiency (must be able to read and speak).
• Experience with BNA, PNA, or TDR testing instruments is preferred.
• Familiarity with wire tinning and soldering gun operation.

What we offer

• Base salary starting at NT$35,000 per month.
• Attendance allowance of NT$1,000.
• Meal allowance of NT$1,800.
• Night‑shift allowance of NT$600 per night (approximately NT$13,200 per month).
