Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist provides clinical and application support for Hemodialysis and Critical Care products, acting as the key interface between healthcare professionals, customers, sales, and marketing teams. The role delivers product and clinical training, supports demonstrations and implementations, troubleshoots application issues, and helps customers optimize safe and effective product use.

Key responsibilities

• Provide external clinical and application training for Hemodialysis, Critical Care machines, consumables, and related products, including hands‑on demonstrations and education programs.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, marketing, and service teams to identify and resolve clinical application issues, communicate feedback, and support continuous improvement.
• Deliver dedicated clinical application support for Hemodialysis and Critical Care portfolios, develop customer‑specific application plans, and assist with product introductions and adoption.
• Participate in customer activities, workshops, and clinical programs, supporting assigned projects and executing education and implementation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline (preferred).
• Clinical background in Hemodialysis, Nephrology, ICU/Critical Care, or related areas (highly preferred).
• Experience in dialysis, medical devices, or clinical applications is an advantage.

• Good understanding of clinical workflow and ability to learn medical device applications.
• Strong presentation, education, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex clinical or technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Comfortable conducting hands‑on product demonstrations and clinical training.
