CEO Office - AI Neobank App

About the role

BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, is expanding its AI neobank app and is looking for strong operators to join the CEO Office. The role turns CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operations. It is based in Taiwan and is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the Taiwan office; English is the main working language.

Key responsibilities

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution, tracking OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects.
• Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers.
• Work with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams, identifying execution gaps and pushing teams to close them.
• Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.

Required profile

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline, able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities, with good judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation.
• Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
