Canteen Services Specialist – Chiayi

About the role

The Canteen Services Specialist will lead daily operations of the company canteen in Chiayi, ensuring high‑quality food service and a safe, hygienic environment for employees. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to support employee well‑being and corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily canteen activities, guaranteeing service quality and compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and maintain productive vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to achieve cost‑effectiveness, quality and timely delivery.
• Handle general affairs and administrative tasks that support smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to organise corporate events and initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
• Collect employee feedback continuously and refine services to meet evolving needs.
