Business Execution Lead, Assistant Vice President

About the role

The Business Execution Lead, Assistant Vice President partners with Operations leadership to drive strategic priorities and execute key initiatives across country, regional and global levels. This role provides data-driven analysis, coordinates operational activities, and supports governance and risk management for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership to support strategic priorities and execute key initiatives.
• Provide data, presentations, and independent analysis to senior management for decision‑making.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day business management and operational activities across the Operations organization.
• Support business reviews, event planning, approvals, and payment processing.
• Track and ensure timely execution of country, regional and global Operations projects.
• Collaborate with product, business and functional partners to achieve consistent business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, reporting on headcount, hiring trends and organizational changes.
• Coordinate governance forums, prepare agendas, manage materials and follow‑up actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational enhancements.
• Apply risk and control principles, participate in self‑assessment and control testing.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in business management, governance, workforce planning, project coordination, communication, and risk & controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with databases.
• Information management expertise.
• Presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Project management proficiency.
