Business Development Manager Taiwan

About the role

Kardex seeks a hands‑on market builder to develop its Taiwan business and lead the Electronics and Semiconductor growth agenda across APAC for the Remstar Business Unit. This full‑time role reports to the Head of Region APAC Remstar and combines direct sales, channel development and strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Build Kardex’s Taiwan market through direct business development, strategic accounts and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and steer distributors, system integrators, consultants and other ecosystem partners.
• Lead the APAC Electronics and Semiconductor vertical strategy, pipeline, target‑account development, campaigns and cross‑country pursuits.
• Shape customer solutions together with country teams and regional/global product, engineering, solution, marketing and service colleagues.
• Maintain strong CRM, pipeline, forecasting and commercial discipline.
• Establish senior relationships across foundries, OSAT, advanced packaging, OEM, EMS/ODM, electronics manufacturing, equipment and automation ecosystems.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B business development, solution sales, channel development or strategic‑account growth.
• Experience in industrial automation, intralogistics, material handling, capital equipment, semiconductor equipment or electronics manufacturing solutions.
• Established and active network in Taiwan’s Electronics and Semiconductor ecosystem; broader APAC connections are a plus.
• Native or fully fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional business English, written and spoken.
• Hunter mindset, commercial judgement, strategic thinking and ability to deliver through a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Taiwan and regularly across APAC.
