Business Development Manager – Market Expansion (Asia)

About the role

We are looking for an “Avengers‑level” Business Development Manager/Specialist to drive Flexii’s growth across Asia. You will design go‑to‑market strategies for key verticals such as retail, hospitality and logistics, and close high‑impact deals that unlock people’s potential through flexible work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute localized GTM strategies for core industry verticals to drive GMV and revenue.
• Conduct market analysis to anticipate staffing trends and competitor moves.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Build long‑term relationships with business operators to generate upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure the platform meets client staffing needs.
• Run KPI‑driven PDCA cycles and use CRM tools to maintain a transparent deal funnel.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven success in a startup or high‑growth environment (HR Tech, FinTech, gig‑economy marketplaces).
• Strong alignment with Flexii’s mission to provide fair, flexible work.
• Strategic thinker able to translate market insights into actionable tactics.
• Business‑level proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.
• Hands‑on, resilient mindset with ownership attitude.
