Assistant Supply Chain Manager – Vision Care

About the role

The Assistant Supply Chain Manager – Vision Care will support the end‑to‑end logistics function for Johnson & Johnson Vision in Taiwan. Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, you will coordinate warehouse, distribution, inbound freight and trade compliance activities to ensure reliable product flow and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations for the Taiwan Vision Care business.
• Manage inbound freight, customs clearance and trade‑compliance processes.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance metrics such as OTIF‑D and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and implement customer‑centric supply‑chain solutions that enable business growth.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Planning, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Procurement) on new product introductions and product lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with external partners including 3PLs, freight forwarders, customs brokers and domestic couriers.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with the ability to translate business needs into supply‑chain actions.
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a regulated, healthcare or MedTech environment is preferred.
