Area Sales Program Specialist - Capital Sales

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer in robotic-assisted surgery, is looking for an Area Sales Program Specialist in Taipei. The specialist manages key focus projects and develops program initiatives that support sales activities driving new business and achieving the Capital Sales team's goals. The role requires collaboration within the team and across cross-functional teams, and proficiency in project management is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Sales operations and process enablement: manage sales tools (SFDC, Tableau, BOX, Zoom etc.), optimize Capital sales pipeline reporting, and lead I&A listing, tender and contract processes, including bid preparation and post-bid follow-up
• Program management and customer engagement: run the Capital mobile event for Greenfield customers, present the DaVinci system to prospects, conduct market research and competitive analysis, collect and analyze capital equipment ROI data, and partner with cross-functional teams on customer feedback
• Team support and event management: support Capital sales initiatives and events such as Executive and Surgeon Group Test Drives, coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements and travel, manage the Capital Sales shared folder and database, and facilitate purchase requests

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years in medical device sales/marketing; sales management or sales administration experience preferred
• Proven success in planning, scheduling and logistics across multiple projects, with strong prioritization and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English, including presentation skills to external audiences
• Ability to travel 50%, including internationally

Required skills

• MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with SFDC and Tableau is a plus
• Working knowledge of clinical workflow in surgical procedures
