AI ASIC System Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

The AI ASIC System Hardware Design Engineer will lead the architecture and hardware development of AI compute platforms. This role involves translating system specifications into robust hardware solutions and ensuring their performance through verification and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Collect system specifications and design requirements for AI hardware architecture.
• Design and develop hardware, including circuit design, component evaluation, selection, and custom component planning.
• Verify and test hardware to confirm normal operation and performance.
• Collaborate with IC design, system, SI/PI, and layout teams to complete design, production, and verification.
• Provide technical documentation, reference design support, and on‑site assistance to customers and manufacturers.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OrCAD and Allegro.
• Experience in PCB design for switches, routers, servers, HPC and graphics cards.
• Knowledge of high‑speed signal design above 30 Gbps (preferred).
