Account Manager – Fiber Optics (Taiwan)

About the role

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer partnerships within the fiber optics market in Taiwan. You will act as a commercial leader for strategic accounts, shaping account strategies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and profitability targets.
• Own relationships with core and growth accounts, engaging purchasing and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account‑specific sales strategies and programs.
• Coordinate internal resources (Customer Service, Product Management, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing) to meet customer needs.
• Partner with Business Development and Strategic Account teams on key initiatives.
• Support Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Service teams to meet shared objectives.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of fiber optic products and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, promotions, and product launches.
• Provide market insights and identify new product opportunities for Product Management.
• Document interactions and report in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (technical or engineering discipline preferred).
• 5+ years of commercial experience in the fiber optics industry.
• Proven track record of managing customer accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Fiber optic cable knowledge.
• Fiber optic connectors and interconnect hardware expertise.
• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
