职位概况
负责生产线设备的故障排除与维修，确保生产不中断。依据预防性保养计划进行定期维护，降低设备故障率。
主要职责
- 依据产线异常，立即进行设备故障排除与修复。
- 执行设备初步诊断并完成维修处置。
- 按照预防性保养计划进行定期维护，记录维护结果并提出改进建议。
- 在系统中记录维修/保养过程，确保资料完整可追溯。
- 遵守厂区安全规范，维修后确认设备运行状态，确保品质稳定。
- 配合生产需求进行固定轮班，协助其他部门处理设备相关问题。
