职位概况
2027 年恩智浦实习生计划在高雄与台北同步启动，面向大三以上在校学生提供多元技术与业务实习机会。
主要职责
- 测试平台搭建、测试程序开发及测试数据分析报告。
- 半导体封装工艺研发及相关项目执行。
- 产品质量验证、数据分析与失效分析。
- 制造工艺站点业务分析与设备硬件改进。
- AI 项目推动、模型验证、流程自动化与 Dashboard 建置。
- 无线通信（Bluetooth、Wi‑Fi）测试案例设计与终端使用情境分析。
任职要求
- 大三（含）以上在校生，研究所学生优先。
- 具备英文履历、成绩单及语言能力证明（多益、托福、雅思或全民英检）。
- 能够提供学生证或在学证明等材料。
必备技能
- 测试平台与测试程序开发经验。
- 数据分析与报告撰写能力。
- AI 模型验证与流程自动化经验。
- 无线通信（Bluetooth、Wi‑Fi）基础知识。
