Technical Project Manager – Engineering & NPI

About the role

The company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead engineering and new‑product‑introduction (NPI) projects from concept through mass production. You will act as the main bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring technical requirements are met and projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering and NPI projects through qualification and mass production.
• Develop and track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain).
• Serve as the primary interface with customers, aligning requirements and priorities.
• Drive problem‑solving, qualification activities, and change management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and continuous‑improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI, product development, manufacturing engineering, or technical project management.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects from development to mass production.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Basic English communication skills for work‑related interactions.
