职位概况
负责与客户对接技术需求，准备简报与提案，提供专业技术咨询与解决方案，推动项目按时量产。
主要职责
- 与客户沟通技术需求，制定技术方案。
- 准备项目简报、提案文件。
- 规划项目进度，协调研发、工程、制造、品保等部门。
- 确保产品按时量产并符合客户规格。
- 提供售后技术支持，处理产品应用及客诉问题。
- 协助业务团队维护客户关系，提升合作深度。
任职要求
- 具备技术背景，能够理解并转化客户需求。
- 熟悉项目进度管理与跨部门协作流程。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能撰写技术文档与提案。
- 能够提供售后技术支持并解决问题。
