Strategic Territory Director – Taiwan & Philippines

About the role

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions company, is looking for a Strategic Territory Director to own and grow its business in Taiwan and the Philippines. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development, you will drive revenue, expand market presence, and champion our advanced MANET radio solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Taiwan and Philippines territories.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers in defense, public safety, and security sectors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and marketing—to align solutions with customer needs.
• Mentor and guide local sales partners or representatives to maximize performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international sales or business development, preferably within defense, security, or advanced communications technology.
• Strong strategic thinking, customer‑centric mindset, and ability to operate autonomously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex deals.
