Stock Executive – Inventory Management & Control

About the role
The Stock Executive is responsible for ensuring flawless stock accuracy through day‑to‑day operations and controls. You will manage inbound and outbound product flows, synchronize physical and system inventories, and support the store’s replenishment and reporting needs.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily stock operations, including receiving, transfers, shipments, returns, and replenishment of sales‑floor storage areas.
- Monitor and resolve negative stocks, expired reservations, and defective or shop‑soiled products.
- Prepare and execute stock takes and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to final finance reports.
- Propose and implement corrective actions to improve stock‑take results and reduce shrinkage.
- Optimize storage organization, define back‑ and front‑office storage practices, and collaborate with sales teams on layout adjustments.
- Ensure proper implementation of storage rules, 5S controls, KPIs, and raise alerts when necessary.
- Train and support team members on stock‑related processes and tools.
- Coordinate with store teams, corporate logistics, internal control, and retail merchandising to align stock operations.
