职位概况
加入MaiCoin SRE团队，负责支撑数字资产交易、区块链节点与钱包等关键基础设施，提升系统可靠性与安全性。
主要职责
- 主导运维流程自动化与平台化，降低重复性工作和人为风险。
- 建立并持续优化可观测性与告警机制，实现快速问题定位与预防。
- 维护与演进Kubernetes及云端基础设施，包括升级、容量规划、性能调优和成本优化。
- 改进区块链节点生命周期管理与自动化，提高服务韧性和运维效率。
任职要求
- 3年以上SRE、DevOps或平台工程相关经验，能够独立完成系统设计与实现。
- 熟悉公有云平台、Kubernetes、基础设施即代码（Terraform、Pulumi或CloudFormation）以及CI/CD流水线（GitHub Actions、ArgoCD或Jenkins）。
- 具备Linux系统管理、可观测性系统（Metrics、Logging、Tracing）以及AI Coding工具使用经验。
必备技能
- Go、Python、Shell Script等编程语言。
- Kubernetes集群管理与调优。
- Terraform、Pulumi或CloudFormation等IaC工具。
- GitHub Actions、ArgoCD或Jenkins等CI/CD平台。
- Metrics、Logging、Tracing等可观测性技术。
- Linux系统运维与性能调优。
- AI Coding辅助开发能力。
