Social Media Video Editor (Taipei)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to produce engaging short‑form and long‑form video content for our social media channels. The role is based in Taipei and works closely with the content and social teams to bring brand stories to life.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce high‑quality video assets for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn and other social networks, including trimming, cutting, color correction, sound design and visual effects.
• Create eye‑catching thumbnails using graphic design tools to boost click‑through rates.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to develop concepts, ensure brand consistency and meet tight deadlines.
• Utilise AI‑powered apps and creative editing techniques to accelerate production.
• Manage multiple video projects from start to finish, delivering on schedule.
• Generate reports and dashboards on video performance, analyse metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience for social media channels.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both short‑form and long‑form content.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle several projects simultaneously.
