Sneaker Maker – Taipei

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a creative and customer‑focused Sneaker Maker to join its Taipei store. In this in‑store artisan position you will inspire shoppers by offering artistic customization of sneakers and act as a brand ambassador during the Sneaker Maker Tour.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in‑store experience by customizing sneakers using painting, drawing, sketching or doodling techniques.
• Communicate Golden Goose brand values and product knowledge to customers.
• Provide personalized service, anticipate customer needs and ensure a memorable shopping journey.
• Co‑create unique items through the “LAB Experience” and maintain up‑to‑date product information.
• Support sales floor activities when not on tour, including selling, stockroom duties and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events and other Golden Goose stores across the APEC region as required.

Required profile

• Strong artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling technique.
• Excellent customer focus, presentation and communication abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Empathy, flexibility and willingness to travel.
