Senior Manager – Business Marketing (Search & Paid SEO)

About the role

Coupang is expanding its e‑commerce services in Taiwan and seeks a senior leader to own and grow its paid search and shopping advertising across Google and Microsoft platforms. The role will drive high‑budget campaigns, optimize bidding, and deliver incremental gross merchandise value while collaborating with analytics, engineering, finance and category teams.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, scale and optimize high‑budget Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, managing end‑to‑end channel ownership.
• Build and maintain scalable bidding calibration processes, dynamically allocate budget across brand, non‑brand and shopping feeds, and ensure 100 % account hygiene.
• Lead market expansion initiatives, oversee Google Merchant Center product feed health, and implement semantic clustering for dynamic search ads.
• Conduct deep analytics, incremental lift experiments, and partner with data engineering to validate attribution pipelines.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience managing large daily budgets (tens of thousands USD) on Google Ads and SEM in e‑commerce or high‑growth tech.
• Expert knowledge of Google Smart Bidding, auction‑time signals, conversion delay models and feed optimization.
• Advanced data literacy: expert‑level Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with SQL, Python or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or BigQuery.
• Strong technical understanding of Mobile Measurement Partner integrations, Firebase SDK and URL tracking for web‑to‑app attribution.
