Senior HRM Manager

About the role

Coupang is expanding its operations in Taiwan and seeks a Senior HRM Manager to lead the headquarters HR team. This role ensures global consistency of HR systems, drives operational excellence, and acts as a strategic bridge between leadership and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HQ HRM team operations and coordinate tasks across all departments for continuous improvement.
• Execute company‑wide HR strategies in partnership with Strategy and Planning teams.
• Maintain consistent HR processes across all business locations, aligning operations with organizational goals.
• Facilitate cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure smooth execution of HR policies.
• Provide data‑driven reports on payroll accuracy, process optimization, and HR operations to senior management.
• Lead, develop, and manage a high‑performing HR team, overseeing training, attendance, and system data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of HR experience focused on HRM operations.
• 5+ years in a people‑management role leading HR teams.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems through strategic thinking and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Strong drive to meet operational targets and ensure compliance.
• Extensive experience managing Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR systems such as Workday.
