Sales Development Representative – Hybrid (Taipei)

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for inbound leads in Taiwan. This full‑time hybrid position works Tuesday‑Saturday with a mix of onsite and remote days, supporting a high‑performing team that guides ambitious students toward top‑tier university admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Make calls and respond to inquiries from warm/hot leads, qualifying them for the sales process.
• Enter and manage lead data accurately in Salesforce, tracking movement through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Crimson events, reaching out to event leads and scheduling meetings with Academic Advisors and the Country Manager.
• Plan and run local events to increase brand awareness.
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Present at school talks, career expos, and seminars when required, and attend industry events.
• Compile fortnightly sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Experience in customer service or customer success.
• Preferred experience in university admissions (US & UK) but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Professionalism, strong time‑management, confidence, empathy and a willingness to learn.
• Background in education or professional services (e.g., marketing agency, financial services, consulting, hospitality) and familiarity with multiple systems.
