Retail Artist – In‑Store Make‑Up Specialist

About the role

As a Retail Artist you will combine creative and technical make‑up expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to high‑impact in‑store events and maintaining visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized make‑up consultations and product recommendations to customers.
• Deliver in‑store make‑up services that educate and inspire shoppers.
• Support and execute in‑store events and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the store.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to offer authentic, personalized customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Legal right to live and work in the country.
