QA/QC Specialist – Pharmaceutical (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This position supports daily Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Taiwan. The role offers international exposure and a pathway to a long‑term career in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day QA/QC tasks, including quality testing, inspection, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with internal quality standards, pharmaceutical regulations, and GMP requirements.
• Review and update quality‑related records, reports, and documentation.
• Support investigations, deviation handling, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent quality across manufacturing operations.
• Participate in process improvement and quality enhancement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC, or a fresh graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Mandarin speaking and reading ability (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to work in a structured manufacturing environment.
