Project Manager – Clinical Trials (FSP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional clinical trial projects. You will act as the primary liaison between the sponsor and our organization, ensuring delivery on quality, schedule, and budget while maintaining clear communication pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for sponsor communications and manage client expectations.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, and global stakeholders, ensuring adherence to escalation pathways.
• Define responsibilities for secondary leads when project scope requires regional or vendor‑specific leadership.
• Maintain financial stewardship, understand contracts, align resources to budget, and manage out‑of‑scope activities.
• Drive risk identification, issue resolution, and compliance with SOPs, ICH‑GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or Project Lead.
• Experience in therapeutic areas such as Internal Medicine is preferred.
• Strong project‑management knowledge (time, cost, quality) and solid financial acumen.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using clinical trial management systems (CTMS), Preclarus, and Clarity.
