职位概况

负责高频高速 PCB Layout 设计，应用先进的高速电路设计方法于复杂多层 HDI PCB，并与硬件、信号完整性、机械及制造团队协作，解决布局及生产问题。

主要职责

使用 Cadence Allegro 完成多层板的布线与布局。
根据供应商反馈优化 PCB 设计，降低 DFT 与 DFM 风险。
编制 PCB 制造与组装所需的技术文件。

任职要求

大学以上电子工程学历，具备 5 年以上 PCB 设计经验（EMS / SI 背景）。
熟悉细间距 BGA、HDI 多层 PCB 设计及电源供应器、交换式稳压器布局。
了解 DRAM、CSI、PCIe 等高速接口的布局规范。

必备技能

Cadence Allegro 操作熟练。
HDI、BGA、细间距布局经验。
熟悉 IPC 标准及 PCB 材料堆叠设计。
