About the role
We are looking for an Operator to join our semiconductor manufacturing team at Vishay Siliconix. In this position you will work on the production floor, using specialized equipment to help deliver high‑quality MOSFET products for a range of high‑tech markets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the tasks assigned by supervisors or team leaders using available equipment.
- Maintain production output while ensuring product quality standards are met.
- Observe and uphold strict safety procedures to keep the work environment secure.
Required profile
- 0–3 years of experience in the semiconductor or related manufacturing field (preferred).
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and operate production equipment safely.
