Operator – Assembly & Test Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Operator to join our production team and support back‑end assembly and testing activities. The role involves following strict work instructions, safety rules, and regulatory requirements while performing repetitive assembly tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Execute and supervise back‑end assembly operations such as die preparation, bonding, molding, trim & form, and testing.
• Organise assigned stock of parts, semi‑products, or components, using a Kanban system when required.
• Assemble parts to modules or modules to final products according to plan, using specialized equipment and tools.
• Perform prescribed sight checks, functionality checks, and basic quality test routines.
• Monitor material needs and manage personal hand stock.

Required profile

• Ability to apply work‑related skills to execute focused, repetitive procedures.
• Experience assembling/mounting parts in a production environment.
• Capability to operate simple assembly machines or devices.
• Basic understanding of stock management and Kanban principles.
