Offshore Site Assistant – Offshore Wind Farm Operations

About the role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join the Taiwan Service team for the TPC2 offshore windfarm. The Service Assistant supports safe, efficient, and cost‑effective day‑to‑day operations by providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and archive site documentation, reports, and records.
• Support daily administrative workflows to ensure smooth site operations.
• Act as a key liaison between site personnel, management, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Organise port passes and maintain training records and certification compliance.
• Manage SAP processes, including purchase order creation.
• Support procurement activities, liaising with vendors and ordering parts, tools, and materials.
• Assist with travel arrangements and visa processing for onsite personnel.

Required profile

• Solid administrative skills with operational awareness.
• Ability to stay organised under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Service‑oriented, responsive, accountable and able to work with minimal supervision while collaborating.
• Willingness to own work, recognise limitations and seek support when needed.
• Relevant administrative experience in a technical, industrial or offshore environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP and Ariba.
• High attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
