职位概况
负责公司IT、人力资源、财务、法务等企业职能的间接采购，推动采购治理与数字化转型，确保采购活动合规并提升效益。
主要职责
- 执行RFQ/RFP、供应商评选、成本分析及商务谈判，确保符合公司政策与法规。
- 管理跨区域、跨事业体的采购项目，推动时程达成并优化成本。
- 开发、评估关键供应商，定期检视绩效并推动持续改进。
- 分析市场趋势与供应链风险，提出成本优化与供应商整合方案。
- 协助建立采购治理制度、标准作业流程，并支援SAP、Oracle等系统的数字化项目。
必备技能
- SAP系统使用经验
- Oracle或Supplier Portal平台操作经验
- 数据分析与需求分析能力
- UAT测试与变革管理经验
