Marketing Executive (會員行銷 / 用戶增長 / CRM)

About the role

You\'ll join the HQ User Engagement team, working across CRM lifecycle, AI automation and on‑site user experience to reduce decision friction and drive repeat usage across FunNow, Eatigo and Niceday in multiple Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CleverTap user journeys (onboarding, recall, retention, engagement) and monitor CRM performance dashboards, providing data‑driven optimization recommendations.
• Identify on‑site user friction points from data, design and run A/B tests, and support AI automation placement logic.
• Proactively discover opportunities to use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, n8n) for workflow efficiency, maintain and expand n8n automation workflows, and stay current on AI marketing trends.
• Align with local marketing teams across markets, consolidate cross‑market lifecycle performance data, and support HQ strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations or growth‑related roles, preferably in e‑commerce or app marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one CRM automation tool such as CleverTap or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Regular use of AI tools (Gemini, Claude, n8n) to solve work problems.
• Strong data literacy, able to extract insights and translate them into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Proactive mindset that questions whether tasks solve the core problem and seeks better ways.
