Manufacturing System Technician

About the role

This position is part of the Repair Center Team, supporting manufacturing operations for semiconductor automation equipment. You will work closely with engineers on set‑up, calibration, rework, testing and troubleshooting of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final system assemblies.

Key responsibilities

• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on‑line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
• Determines or assists in developing methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and/or diagrams to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments, set‑up and calibration tasks.
• Performs work, rework, testing and troubleshooting related to the production of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final system assemblies.
• May prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required.
• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related General Engineering discipline.
• Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency; basic English proficiency.
• Equipment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Team player with a collaborative working style; service‑oriented and willing to work hard.
