职位概况
负责审计系统的技术支援与问题排除，确保系统稳定运行，并提供文档维护与用户问题分析。
主要职责
- 协助处理审计系统（如Omnia、Levvia、EMS、FR、ITR等）的技术支援与故障排除。
- 撰写、维护系统操作文档并定期更新内部网站内容。
- 收集、分析用户反馈的电脑与系统问题，提出改进建议并提供解决方案。
- 参与系统上线前的规划、测试与质量验证工作。
- 协助其他IT项目的规划、执行及后续技术支持。
任职要求
- 熟悉Windows操作系统及Microsoft Office软件。
- 对电脑及信息技术有高度兴趣，乐于学习并持续精进。
- 具备良好的学习能力，能快速理解审计系统运作流程。
- 具备程式开发基础概念，重视逻辑分析。
