Insight Consultant

About the role

As an Insight Consultant you will activate change for great brands through a passion for data and consumer insights, managing projects independently while collaborating closely with teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up and managing online research projects, including simple projects independently.
• Participate in activity‑design meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Conduct 1‑on‑1 interviews and group discussions, and brief external moderators.
• Analyze, interpret and report findings of most research projects, providing draft conclusions and recommendations.
• Present analyses internally and attend client presentations to answer related questions.
• Support senior consultants with account and commercial management tasks, including budget awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, business, economics or a related field.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop research expertise.
• Attention to detail when handling data and research materials.
• Clear communication skills within the team.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Open to fresh graduates.
