Executive Assistant, Country Leadership Team

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Country Leadership Team (CLT) supports senior leaders in driving DKSH's sustainability, ESG, and corporate initiatives. This role blends executive support, cross‑functional collaboration, and program management to ensure smooth operations and impactful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily CLT operations, including meeting scheduling, agenda tracking, and report preparation.
• Facilitate internal communications, ensuring leadership decisions are promptly shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the official Line@ account, create and publish updates, and analyse engagement data.
• Support cross‑functional projects such as employee engagement, internal communications, and data‑management initiatives.
• Plan and execute internal and external corporate events, from employee activities to large‑scale meetings.
• Lead ESG programs and the Sustainability Committee, aligning initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Monitor and report sustainability performance metrics for compliance and best‑practice alignment.
• Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, administrative operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication abilities.
• Proven experience planning and executing corporate or public‑relations events.
• Foundational project‑management capabilities.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
