About the role
This position ensures Volkswagen brand presence and exposure in line with the global position and local strategy, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention in Taiwan.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver KPIs aligned with the brand position.
- Build and maintain a strategic, competitive brand image.
- Analyze consumer behavior, plan customer journeys, and create moments of truth.
- Utilize data for campaigns, develop target audience engagement, and support customer care.
- Track loyalty, generate business potential for new and used cars, and aftersales.
- Develop and market the Volkswagen Privilege Program.
- Steer CRM activities at dealerships.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in CRM or marketing functions.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Agency experience (creative, media, production, or event) a plus.
- Strong cross‑functional coordination, conflict management, and project management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; German is a plus.

- Data processing and PivotTables.
- Salesforce.
- Power BI.
