Cloud Architect – Professional Services (Taiwan)

About the role

Join AWS Professional Services as a Cloud Architect in Taiwan, helping leading enterprises across semiconductors, hi‑tech, manufacturing, public sector and financial services design and implement transformative cloud solutions on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise‑scale cloud architectures for customers in targeted industries.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to C‑level executives and senior technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable AWS solutions.
• Drive cloud adoption strategies including migration, modernization, data analytics, AI/ML and hybrid architectures.
• Develop reference implementations, proof‑of‑concepts and reusable assets that accelerate customer outcomes.
• Mentor junior architects and raise the technical bar across engagements.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Navigate regulatory, compliance and data‑sovereignty requirements specific to Taiwan’s public sector and financial services.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale cloud solutions on AWS.
• Strong ability to engage with C‑level executives and senior technical leaders.
• Experience working with customers in semiconductor, hi‑tech, manufacturing, public sector or financial services domains.
• Demonstrated mentorship and team‑leadership capabilities.
